A living archive of recovery, discipline, reflection, body, spirit, family, and becoming.
Axis is a living body of work built through recovery, reflection, discipline, grief, family, creativity, and long-term integration. It is not a doctrine, a program, a brand-first project, or a public personality platform. It is not meant to be followed as if my path should become yours. Axis is a preserved record of my way: what I lived, what I learned, what helped me, what changed over time, and what I chose to keep. The work is public so it can live. The life behind it remains protected. Use what fits. Leave what does not. Nothing here is offered as a final answer. Only as an honest record.
Axis can be entered from any pillar, but most readers should begin with The Reflection.
The Reflection is the story pillar of Axis. It introduces the life behind the work: memory, grief, family, sobriety, identity, honesty, and the slow process of becoming. It gives context for the other books and offers the clearest first encounter with the emotional foundation of the project. Start here if you want to understand the human story before entering the body, spirit, or system pillars. After that, move wherever you feel drawn. The Redline Method is the body pillar. It centers on discipline, health, structure, physical stewardship, and sustainable change. Project Aeon is the spirit pillar. It centers on meaning, perception, spirituality, inner experience, and existential inquiry. The Creation of Axis is the meta-layer. It centers on emergence, structure, and how the entire system came together. There is no required sequence, no finish line, and no need to engage with every part of the work. Start with the story, then follow the thread that speaks to you.
Take what is useful. Leave the rest. Return when ready.
